The Lodge is the smallest. The Farmhouse is the heart. The Village is the whole property at once. And there are two private cottages for couples. Stay in one. Take them all.
Red Roof Farmhouse sits on Idaho farmland that has been in the family for a hundred years. Over the past few of those, JoJo and Jeff restored the original 1921 farmhouse, built the Lodge as a new gathering space, and shaped the surrounding cottages into the Village.
Each space is built on top of the last. The Lodge starts the property. The Farmhouse adds the original 1921 house. The Village wraps everything together. And the two Cottages tuck into the corners for couples who want a place of their own.

Our newest space and the smallest of the three configurations. Two walls of windows that open completely to the outdoors, so the room becomes the lawn becomes the room. Eight bedrooms alongside a 1,350 sq ft activity room wired for whatever the night calls for.

Add the original 1921 farmhouse to the Lodge and you've got the Farmhouse configuration. Two kitchens. Wide pine floors that creak in the same places they did when this was a working dairy.

Add the surrounding cottages to the Farmhouse and you've got the Village — the full property, all of it yours. Larger groups get private space while still gathering together under the same Idaho sky. No other guests. No other cars in the drive.
Not every stay needs the whole property. Two private cottages, each with their own kitchen, private bathroom, and patio space. Shared access to the hot tub and cold plunge pond.

A small, well-decorated cottage with its own kitchen, private bathroom, and patio space. Set apart from the main buildings. Quiet, private, made for couples.
